RUBBISH BINS & BBQs

BBQ’s at Ngarkal beach are giving residents grief when they are misused but we are hoping that the increased patrols and increased cleaning will help. It is unlikely people will object to the BBQ’s remaining for the enjoyment of our many families and visitors if the City can keep on top of the cleaning and the rubbish collection. Builder’s rubbish is an on-going problem, particularly for the northern part of Port Coogee when the wind drives it far and wide If you see something is wrong or rubbish is overflowing from bins take out your camera and use the Snap Send Solve app that sends a photo and your request directly to City of Cockburn. Download it from the App Store. (You can report abandoned trolleys this way too). Or just send your photo directly to Customer@cockburn.wa.gov.au The Rangers are very responsive and generally very quickly onto it.
